One form, one reply. A route coordinator checks seats on your chosen weekend, then sends a dated itinerary with the exact per-person total in UAH and the deposit amount. Nothing is charged until you confirm in writing.

Office hours are Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 19:00 Kyiv time. You receive seat availability, the departure point and the meeting time.
A deposit of UAH 1,500 per traveller confirms the seats. The balance is due on the morning of departure.
Groups are capped at 16 travellers. Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Booking request
A request is not a payment. Give us the town pair, the departure date and your party size. An operator replies with a written itinerary, a per-person price in UAH and the exact departure window.

Every route price is quoted per person in UAH before you book. The lines below state exactly what the fare covers and what is settled separately.
Cost estimator
Choose a published route, your party size and a room type. The figure below is quoted per person in UAH and covers the resident guide, entry tickets and travel between the towns on the itinerary.
Parties of six or more receive a 4% reduction on the route price. Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Booking contacts
Route questions, group sizes and date holds are answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time. Each published itinerary and booking page states that plans may change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancel more than 7 days before departure for a full refund of the tour price. Later cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which lists transfer and rebooking options.
Travel insurance is not included in the quoted price. We ask every traveller in a group of up to 16 to carry medical and trip-cancellation cover for the weekend dates.
Have your route, departure date and room type ready, then send it from the booking form. We reply with the confirmed itinerary, arrival and departure times, and a total price per person in UAH.
