Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" we provide clear, accurate and timely information about our services, prices and your rights; consumer information is also available in Ukrainian. Bookings are placed on the site or by email; a contract is formed when we send written confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by the methods offered on the site.

Cancellation conditions are shown for each tour and follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection"; refunds go to the original payment method. We are liable to the extent set by Ukrainian law and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
