Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to services purchased on prodventix.com. It outlines your rights and our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and changes.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your order before the service is provided. Cancellations must be sent to info@prodventix.com or +380 972 377 0442. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price, as permitted by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
Changes
You may request a change to your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We will confirm changes by email. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied, contact us first. You have the right to appeal to the State Service for Consumer Protection of Ukraine under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
Language
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', consumer information must be provided in Ukrainian. A Ukrainian version of this policy is available upon request.
